ENVIRONMENTAL: The Firm is experienced in working with State and Federal agencies on environmental matters involving: air resource management, Title V, environmental resource permitting, sovereign submerged land leases, on and off-site wetland mitigation, storm water management, ecosystem management agreements, electrical utilities siting and rate making, coastal construction, solid waste, hazardous waste, and consumptive water use matters.
FUNERAL AND CEMETERY LAW: The Firm represents consumers, funeral homes and cemeteries on regulatory, legislative and litigation issues before the Department of Financial Services and the Board of Funeral Cemetery and Consumer Services.
CONSTRUCTION LAW: The Firm appears before the Department of Business & Professional Regulation as well as local building departments representing homeowners, contractors and subcontractors on contract, lien filings, litigation and mediations involving defective work and collections.
